French Macarons
These beautiful bite sized treats are a sweet meringue-based confection made with eggs, icing sugar, granulated sugar and almond powder. We fill our shells with ganache, buttercream or jam and sandwich them between two biscuits. They are not to be confused with macaroons. Macarons are naturally gluten free*.
We are often told our French Macarons are unlike any other; full of real flavors you can taste, with a crisp outer shell that ’s soft and moist in the center. Our secret is really simple, keep it real! We only use real ingredients and the finest we can get our hands on.
We offer traditional French inspired flavors but since we are americans, we are always creating new flavors to satisfy state side palates.
